PHÉNIX retains Michelin Star for 2024 and Meituan Dianping Black Pearl Restaurant Diamond for 2024. Located on Level 2 of The PuLi Hotel and Spa whilst overlooking the Jing’An Park. PHÉNIX opened its doors to the public in late March 2016.
